Looking for 1-1 nutrition support?
There’s a thriving community of BANT & CNHC Registered Nutrition Practitioners offering 1-1 support here in York and online.
Sally Duffin
I offer 1-1 nutrition and lifestyle medicine consultations only to Menopausers now. That’s women, non-binary people, and trans males who are in perimenopause, menopause, or recently completed menopause.
If you would like support for any other life stage (e.g. pregnancy, teenage years), have a specific condition unrelated to menopause, or want help with health issues that affect men, please contact one of my lovely colleagues or explore the practitioner listings at www.bant.org.uk
If you’re not sure whether I can help or not feel free to call or email – if I’m not right for you I will happily signpost you to someone who is.
