In the Positive Peri Plan we work closely together for 8 weeks exploring all aspects of your perimenopausal / menopausal health, tackling troublesome symptoms, optimising your energy and vitality, and future-proofing your wellbeing.

    The plan includes:

    • Pre-consultation diet, lifestyle, and symptoms Questionnaire
    • ORGANIX urine test from Genova Diagnostics to assess specific vitamins, minerals, neurotransmitters, and detoxification pathways.
      Think of it like an MOT test for your body!
    • In-depth 90min Zoom consultation to explore your aims, health history, interpret the test results, and review your current diet & supplements
    • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle recommendations
    • Access to further functional tests if recommended (additional tests are not included in the Plan fee)
    • Access to 10% saving on certain recommended supplements (if required)
    • 30-45min check-in sessions via phone or Zoom on Weeks 2, 4, and 6 to answer questions, share more tips, and make further recommendations
