A personalised nutrition and lifestyle support programme with in-depth ORGANIX test analysis to assess your nutrient levels.

In the Positive Peri Plan, we work closely together over 3 sessions to explore all aspects of your midlife health, optimise your energy and vitality, and future-proofing your wellbeing.

The plan includes a urine test that looks at key markers for gut health, antioxidants, and specific vitamins and minerals. Think of it as an MOT for your midlife body!
